Can we bring in our own suppliers?

Yes, you can bring in your own caterers, entertainment and decorating supplies, provided they all have the relevant certification, or we can make recommendations if you need some help choosing.

Creslow has its own bar and no other bars are permitted, our bar will supply all the glassware for the event.

We make a £300 charge for the bar which is refunded if the bar spend and corkage is more than £1000

Can we come and set up in advance?

Yes, we like you to come in the day before between 9.00am & 5.00pm to set up and get everything perfect for your big day.

Can we leave cars overnight?

Yes, we have a large parking area, cars are left at owners' risk.

Can we come in the next day to collect our belongings?

Yes, you may collect your belongings before midday the day after your event.

Can we hold the ceremony at Creslow?

I'm afraid we do not hold a license, so the ceremony would have to take place off site.

We have arranged many mock ceremonies, with a celebrant, in the gardens @ £2 a chair

Is confetti permitted?

You may only use natural confetti at Creslow, no other type is permitted.

No confetti of any type may be used in the marquee or a cleaning charge will be made.

What time can the event finish?

The music must be switched off at midnight and guest leave straight after that.

Do you permit fireworks?

Yes, we allow fireworks if activated by a reputable firework company.

Chinese lanterns are strictly prohibited as are sparklers.

Can we bring our own drinks?

You can bring your own wine and sparkly and we charge £6 per 75cl bottle of wine and £10 per 75cl bottle of sparkly, which covers glasses, chilling and service,if required.

You are not permitted to bring in any other drink to the premises.

Do you accept credit cards at the bar?

Yes, we accept either card or cash payments at the bar.

What are the payment terms?

We ask for a £1000 non-refundable deposit to secure your date.
-
50% of the balance of the hire cost is payable 2 months before the event and the balance is due 3 weeks before.

Once paid these fees are non refundable

Any non payment is deemed to be cancellation of the booking

A damage deposit of £500 is also charged which is refundable after the event if there is no damage caused.
